Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@alahats.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Worn or used items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Final sale items

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-21 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
